This privacy policy refers to the website www.energiasmadeira.pt, which is property and operated by Associação Comercial e Industrial do Funchal ACIF-CCIM, Legal Entity Under Private Law, Non-Profit, with the identification number 511015356, with its headquarters at Rua das Aranhas 24-26, 9000-044 Funchal.

General access to the website
We do not collect data from users when accessing the content displayed in the general area of the website.
User Profile area
When the user registers to access the user profile section, we collect data related to the user’s household energy consumption activities, appliances, and expenses with such. This information is used to provide accurate detailed feedback about user’s conditions. Consequently, users will receive personalized recommendations about strategies to address their information. Information provided by users will be kept strictly private. The information may be analyzed and treated to be published for scientific purposes. Users data can be used for those publications, however these will always be used in an aggregated way. In addition, users identity will never be given out and all their data will be kept anonymous.
IP addresses
We do not use, handle or share IP addresses from visitors to our Website.
Cookies

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
